Pipedrive Consultant
As a Pipedrive consultant I set up your CRM around the way you actually sell. Not the way Pipedrive’s default template assumes you sell. That means a clear pipeline for each type of deal you run, clean data you can trust, and automations that save your team real time every day.
Most of the work I do is with service businesses between £500k and £10m a year in revenue. Coaches, agencies, consultancies, training companies, and professional services. Teams who need a CRM that fits how they win work, not one that fights them.
What a Pipedrive consultant actually does
Pipedrive is powerful out of the box, but only if it’s set up for your business. These are the four things I focus on as your Pipedrive consultant.
Pipedrive setup
A full setup of your Pipedrive account. That includes your pipelines, stages, deal fields, contact fields, user permissions, and the integrations that matter (email, calendar, website forms, accounting). If you’re coming from another CRM, I handle the data migration so nothing gets lost in transit.
Pipedrive optimisation
If you already have Pipedrive and it isn’t quite earning its place, I audit what you’ve got and tighten it. Usually that means simplifying pipelines, fixing the data you report on, adding the automations you’ve been meaning to build, and removing the clutter that’s crept in.
Team training
Your team will only use the CRM if they understand it. I run live training sessions tailored to your setup and record each one so new hires can get up to speed without you repeating yourself.
Ongoing support
After the setup is done, I stay available on a light-touch retainer. When Pipedrive releases a new feature worth using, or when your team needs a new workflow built, you’ve got someone to call.
Who this is for
This page is the right fit if you’re:
– A service business owner with a team of 3 to 30
– Running deals that take weeks or months to close, not minutes
– Using Pipedrive already and not getting enough out of it, or about to move to Pipedrive from a spreadsheet or another CRM
– Wanting one joined-up system for sales rather than four apps that don’t talk to each other
If you’re a high-volume ecommerce operation, Pipedrive probably isn’t the right tool and I’ll tell you that on our first call rather than sell you a setup you don’t need.
How I work with you
A simple four-step process. No surprises and no long tie-ins.
1. Free consultation. A 30-minute call to understand your business, your sales process, and what you want the CRM to do. If Pipedrive isn’t the right fit, I’ll say so.
2. Strategy and planning. I map your pipeline, your data model, and your automations on paper before anything is built in Pipedrive. You sign off the plan before the build starts.
3. Implementation and setup. I build the whole thing in your Pipedrive account. Pipelines, fields, users, automations, integrations, data migration. Typically four to six weeks depending on complexity.
4. Training and handover. Live team training, recorded sessions, and written documentation. Then a 30-day bedding-in period where I fix anything that isn’t working in practice.
Pipedrive and the Business Operating System
Pipedrive is the pipeline layer of a Business Operating System. It’s where you track the work you’re trying to win.
A good CRM on its own is useful. A CRM that’s joined up to the rest of your business is where the real gains sit. When your Pipedrive pipeline feeds into your delivery tool, your reporting dashboard, and your finance stack, you stop re-keying data and start running the business from one source of truth.
