Systems Support Plans

I’m Chris Wray, and I help business owners keep the systems that run their business working properly. My systems support plans do that for you. Each month I look after your setup, deal with the small things before they grow, and keep it improving as the business changes.

That setup might be a CRM like Pipedrive, a project tool like Asana, a workspace in Airtable or Notion, a set of automations, or a full Business Operating System that ties them all together. Whatever you run, a systems support plan gives you one person who knows it well and keeps it in good shape. You do not need to have worked with me before to start.

I have spent more than 25 years building and supporting business systems for over 400 clients, and I am a Certified Partner for a number of platforms. When something needs sorting, you are dealing with someone who has almost certainly seen it before. You can see the kind of work these plans sit on top of on my systems consulting page.

What your systems support plan covers

Your plan wraps around whatever you already use. Here is what the care looks like across the tools I work in most, so you know exactly what you are getting.

For Pipedrive, I keep your pipelines, fields, automations and dashboards clean and working, and add improvements like a follow-up sequence or a clearer sales report. For Asana, I look after your projects, templates, rules and forms, and build things like an intake form that assigns work for you.

For Airtable, I keep your bases, automations and interfaces healthy as the data grows. For Notion, I keep your databases, templates and permissions updated. And for any automations you run in Make or Zapier, I watch for anything that stops or breaks, then fix it and improve it. Most clients on a systems support plan run two or three of these together, and I look after the connections between them too. If you are not sure what you have or what it needs, a short call is the easiest way to find out.

How the plans work

A systems support plan is simple to run. You email me when something needs doing, and I work through requests in priority order, one at a time. Small fixes, new reports, changes and questions are all part of your systems support plan.

If a request turns out to be a larger piece of work, a new build or a new tool, I tell you before I start and give you a clear quote. That keeps the monthly cost predictable and means no surprises. Plans run month to month after an initial three months, and you can move up or down a level whenever your needs change. It is the same straightforward way I run every project.

The three systems support plans

There are three systems support plans. They differ by how much care you want: keeping your system steady, improving it every month, or looking after your whole setup as one. Pick the one that fits where you are, and change it whenever you like.

Foundation Care, $350/month

Keep your system steady and looked after.

  • A monthly health check across your system
  • Monitoring of your automations and connections, so anything that stops is caught and fixed
  • Support requests by email, handled in priority order
  • Priority replies within two working days
  • Seats, permissions and admin kept tidy
  • A short monthly summary of what I did
  • A quarterly check-in call
  • A seat in The Systems Room community

Growth Care, $500/month (most popular)

Keep your system improving every month.

  • Everything in Foundation
  • Support requests handled with priority
  • One proactive improvement each month, such as a new automation, report or view that I bring to you
  • Faster replies within one working day
  • A monthly working call to plan the next improvement
  • Short how-to answers by video or note

Partner Care, $950/month

Have me look after your whole system as one.

  • Everything in Growth
  • A higher volume of requests, handled at top priority
  • A rolling list of improvements that I keep moving
  • Your whole setup looked after as one connected system
  • Urgent issues handled the same or next working morning
  • Two calls a month, plus a quarterly review

If you run several tools together as a full Business Operating System, Partner Care is built for you. I hold the whole picture and keep every part working with the rest. Not sure which plan fits? A free call sorts it in a few minutes.

AI Automation Consultant

The Systems Room community

Every systems support plan comes with a seat in The Systems Room, my private community for clients. Once a month I run a live session on what is new across the tools you use, Pipedrive, Asana, Notion, Airtable, automation and AI, plus one practical improvement you can put to work straight away. Every session is recorded, so you can catch up whenever suits you.

Between sessions you can ask questions and share what is working with me and other members. It is an easy way to keep getting more from your system, and it is included on every systems support plan at no extra cost. It sits alongside the hands-on work I do through my consulting service.

Why clients choose a systems support plan

  • One person who knows your setup. No re-explaining your business to a support desk every time.
  • Nothing goes stale. Your system keeps improving instead of quietly going out of date.
  • Fast help when it counts. A known reply time, so a problem before a big day is not a crisis.
  • No surprise fees. You stay covered, and any larger work is quoted first.
  • Predictable cost. One monthly figure, or pay annually and get two months free.

The point of a systems support plan is peace of mind. You have a system you can rely on and someone who keeps it that way, so you can get on with running the business. The next step is a short call so I can understand your setup.

AI Automation Consultant FAQs

Can I start a plan if we have not worked together before?

Yes. If you already have a system, I take a little time up front to learn how it is set up, then move you onto a plan. If we build something together, the plan simply carries on afterwards.

What counts as a support request?

Small fixes, new views or reports, changes to automations, admin and questions. Anything larger, like a new build or adding a whole new tool, is a separate project that I quote for first.

Is there a lock-in?

Just an initial three months, so the plan has time to prove its worth. After that it is month to month, and you can pause, change level or stop when you need to.

Can I pay annually?

Yes. Pay for ten months and get twelve, so two months are free. Payments are taken securely through Stripe.

Which systems support plan should I choose?
If you want the system kept steady, choose Foundation. If you want it improving every month, choose Growth. If you run several tools as one system, choose Partner. Book a free call and I will recommend the right one.

Why “AI my business” is a red flag

Why “AI my business” is a red flag

A business owner in the US once asked me to “AI my business”. I turned the work down. Not because I am against AI. I build AI and automation systems for businesses. I use AI in my own work, I help clients find practical automation opportunities, and I think the right AI setup can save a business a serious amount of time. But “AI my business” is not a brief. It is a red flag.

And then, almost inevitably, comes the line: “There must have been an email issue.” Or: “I sent it, but maybe you didn’t get it.” And here’s the awkward truth nobody says out loud: Your colleagues probably don’t believe you.

The Business Operating System vs Spreadsheets

The Business Operating System vs Spreadsheets

Most service businesses think they have systems. In this video I explain what a Business Operating System actually is, what its five layers are, and why spreadsheets (however well-built) are not one.

Does Claude work with Notion and do they play nicely together ?

Does Claude work with Notion and do they play nicely together ?

I use Notion as the operating system for my business. Everything lives there: client projects, task lists, content pipelines, SOPs, revenue tracking. So when I started experimenting with AI agents, the obvious question was: can Claude plug into this system and actually do useful work?
