Business Automation and AI
Pipedrive Workflow Automation
Pipedrive workflow automation that runs your admin for you.
If manual tasks are slowing your sales team down, this is what I fix. I build practical Pipedrive workflows that handle the repetitive work: moving deals along, routing leads, chasing follow-ups and pulling reports, so your team spends its time talking to prospects instead.
Whether you’re setting Pipedrive up from scratch or you already know time is leaking somewhere, I’ll get it working as one system, with minimal fuss and automation you can actually rely on.
Pipedrive Workflow Automation
Why Businesses need Pipedrive Workflow Automation
Repetitive sales admin adds up fast. Moving data between apps, copy-pasting the same information, and running jobs by hand that should just happen on their own. Every one of those minutes is time that could go into talking to prospects.
Most people who come to me are dealing with some version of this:
- Time going into data entry, handing over leads, and building sales reports by hand.
- Opportunities slipping because there’s no clear system moving them forward.
- Tools that aren’t joined up yet, so the CRM, email and proposal software each hold a piece of the picture.
- Automation that feels more complicated than it needs to be.
I help businesses get Pipedrive working with the rest of their tools, automate the repeatable steps, and free up time for the work that actually needs a person.
Pipedrive Workflow Automation
The Solution, How I Help
With Pipedrive workflow automation you can connect your tools and run the repeatable work automatically, without writing a line of code. The part that makes it hold up is the strategy behind it, and knowing which steps to automate and how. That’s where I come in.
How I help:
- Work out which sales processes are worth automating first.
- Design and build Pipedrive automations around how you actually work.
- Improve and troubleshoot the automations you already have.
- Train your team so they can run and adjust everything with confidence.
Common automations I set up:
- Lead capture and follow-ups.
- Syncing data across your business tools.
- Order processing and invoicing.
- Day-to-day sales pipeline management.
Testimonials
We’d learnt about Make.com and had a few attempts to link our CRM to our Project Management tool. We just couldn’t get the final steps to work. Chris not only solved the problem, but showed us why it was failing and how we could avoid similar issues on our other workflows..
Chris created a workflow for a task we had being doing manually for months. We must have saved around 8 hours per week by having him automate this for us.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Pipedrive workflow automation built in, or do I need other tools?
A lot can be done with Pipedrive’s own automation feature, and for a single pipeline that’s often all you need. The built-in tool handles triggers and actions inside Pipedrive well, things like follow-up emails, stage-based tasks and field updates. Where it stops is when a workflow has to reach into another app, such as your invoicing tool, your proposal software or your project tracker.
For those steps I add a connector like Make.com or Zapier and build it so it holds up under real use. The point is you don’t pay for extra tools you don’t need. I’ll tell you upfront which parts Pipedrive can do on its own and which parts need a connector, so there are no surprises later.
Will I be able to manage the automations myself?
Yes, and that’s how I prefer to leave things. I build each workflow clearly, with sensible names and a logic you can follow, rather than a black box only I understand. Once everything is live I walk your team through how each automation works, what triggers it and what to do if you ever want to pause or change one. You also get short notes you can come back to.
Many clients run their Pipedrive automations day to day without me, then bring me back in when they want to build something new or join up another tool. The goal is for you to stay in control of your own system.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Mostly solo business owners and small to medium teams. The common thread is that they’ve outgrown doing everything by hand and want their CRM to carry more of the load. Some come to me with a brand new Pipedrive account and want it set up properly from day one. Others have used Pipedrive for years and know there’s time being lost somewhere, they just haven’t had the chance to fix it.
Both are a good fit. I work across a range of industries because the underlying problem, repeatable work that a person shouldn’t have to do, looks much the same whether you sell services, products or projects.

Do You Offer Ongoing Help?
Yes. Plenty of clients start with one workflow, see the time it gives back, and come back to automate other parts of their business as they grow. That might be a new pipeline, a deeper integration between Pipedrive and another tool, or reporting that goes a step further.
I’m happy to work that way, one piece at a time, so you’re never committing to more than you need right now. If you’d rather tackle a larger automation project in one go, I can do that too. We can talk through which approach fits your situation on the first call.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope of the work, because a single follow-up automation and a full multi-tool build are very different jobs. Rather than guess, I’d rather understand what you’re trying to fix first, then give you a clear price for that specific work. There are options at every level, from a short piece of advice through to a done-for-you build.
You can see how the engagements are structured on the Pipedrive pricing page, and we can firm up the exact figure once I know what you need.
Lets see how Pipedrive Workflow Automation can work for you.
