Notion Consultant Pricing
A clear guide to Notion Consultant Pricing and what it typically costs to hire me to design, build, or improve your Notion workspace, so it supports day-to-day delivery and reporting without extra admin.
Quick answer (for skimmers)
– Typical projects land between $3,000 and $15,000, depending on scope and complexity, scale, automations and integrations.
– Projects are fixed price. You get a clear definition of what is included, plus what is out of scope.
– I do not do hourly or day rates unless you want a short discovery workshop, a second opinion, or a specific problem fixed quickly.
– Complex builds are usually delivered in **phases**, with review points and clear handover.
– I do not use Templates. All Notion work is bespoke to you and solving your unique issues.

What affects the price
– Team size and how many people need different views, dashboards, and permissions
– How many workflows you want to support (sales, delivery, hiring, finance, content, etc.)
– Number of databases, relations, and templates needed
– Data migration work (from spreadsheets, other tools, or an older Notion workspace)
– Integrations and automations (website forms, email, CRM, Slack, Make, Zapier, etc.)
– Training and rollout needs (live sessions, async walkthroughs, videos)
What you get in every project
– A clear scope and definition of what “done” means
– A build plan with review checkpoints
– Clean, documented databases and templates
– Handover and training, so your team can maintain the system
How the process works
1. Book a Free call to understand the goal, team, and constraints
2. I recommend the simplest next step, and confirm what “done” looks like
3. You get a fixed-price proposal
4. Build + review (usually in 1–3 phases)
5. Handover + training
International Clients
My client base is international covering all continents. All of my work is conducted online through remote connection and Teams/Zoom/Hangouts sessions. I’ve been working remotely for over 12 years so understand benefits and downsides of working this way.
We simply had no idea that our cut and paste based processes could all be automated. We saved so many hours in just adding and formatting data in spreadsheets. Chris just automated it all with Zapier.
Chris showed us how to link our website to our CRM system with Zapier, from there we started automating things in G-Suite and getting notifications in Slack. We continue to use Zapier in all our processes.
Do you work hourly?
Usually no. I prefer fixed scope and fixed price so you can make a clear decision. If you just need an hour of my time, you can book a discovery session.
Can you give an exact price without a call?
Not reliably. I can share the ranges above, but exact pricing depends on what you already have, what you want to achieve, and how your team will use Notion.
Do you offer training only?
Yes. In practice, most teams benefit from a bit of setup work alongside training. We can work out the details on the free scoping call.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. All work is delivered remotely through Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams.
