Quick answer (for skimmers)
– Typical projects land between $3,000 and $12,000, depending on scope and complexity, scale, automations and integrations.
– Projects are fixed price. You get a clear definition of what is included, plus what is out of scope.
– I do not do hourly or day rates unless you want to book a short discovery workshop for a second opinion, or a specific problem fixed quickly. Calls are 60-90 minutes.
– Complex builds are usually delivered in phases, with review points and clear handover.
– I do not use Templates. All Notion work is bespoke to you and solving your unique issues.

Do you offer training only?
Yes. In practice, most teams benefit from a bit of setup work alongside training. We can work out the details on the free scoping call.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. All work is delivered remotely through Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams.
