Track every lead from first contact to won or lost. Set a Next Action and Next Action Date for each one so nothing goes quiet without a reason.
Path A: Use the Leads database as your primary pipeline.
Path B: Use Pipedrive as your primary tool and the Leads database as a weekly summary record.
The kit supports both approaches, with guidance on which works best for your situation.

Layer 2 — Delivery
Clients, Projects, and Tasks databases
Every client is linked to their projects. Every project is linked to its tasks. Every task has an owner and a due date. You can see the full picture of any client’s work in two clicks.
