Airtable Consultant Pricing
I offer project based Airtable consultant pricing. This is based on results, where we agree the solution you need, and I work to deliver that solution.
Simple.
The best way to obtain the most detailed pricing and is book the free consultation, you also get to ask any burning questions and I can explain how I work.
I don’t do hourly rate ad-hoc work. If you just need a short piece of consultancy I recommend the Discovery Workshop where we can look at your issues in detail and I can offer a detailed diagnosis and solutions within the session. I can also provide you with a proposal for the completed solution if you don’t wish to do the work yourself.

Detailed Airtable Consultant Pricing
Airtable consulting starts at $150 for an hour of advice/help – if you just need an hour of my time you can book it in a discovery session.
Clients tend to invest in a number of areas:
– Airtable Setup – where you are moving to Airtable from another system and are just getting to grips with what Airtable can do. I can also build Bases and Workflows from scratch or from a series of system and process documents.
– Airtable Updates and New Functionality – where you want to add new functionality, connect to additional systems or want to expand your use of Airtable but aren’t fully confident in doing so or don’t have time to do it yourself. This also includes adding automations either within or outside Airtable.
– Ongoing Airtable Management – where clients simply want to outsource all their Airtable work. Improving data integrity, monitoring Automations for errors and general support.

I work in three main ways:
- Guidance: I can walk you through each step, explaining exactly how to complete the work so you or your team can handle it independently. This is ideal for businesses wanting to develop in-house expertise.
- Collaboration: I can work alongside you, completing tasks together while passing on knowledge directly to your team. This hands-on approach is perfect for those wanting support and skill-building.
- Full Service: If you’re looking for a more hands-off approach, I can manage the setup and customisation entirely on your behalf, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. I can also provide ongoing support if required.
New to Airtable
If you’re completely new to Airtable I’ve written a brief article on ‘What is Airtable” that goes through the basic elements.
You can also try Airtable for free – there’s a FREE tier that offers quite a lot of the functionality available here.

International Clients
My client base is international covering all continents. All of my work is conducted online through remote connection and Teams/Zoom/Hangouts sessions. I’ve been working remotely for over 12 years so understand benefits and downsides of working this way.
We simply had no idea that our cut and paste based processes could all be automated. We saved so many hours in just adding and formatting data in spreadsheets. Chris just automated it all with Zapier.
Chris showed us how to link our website to our CRM system with Zapier, from there we started automating things in G-Suite and getting notifications in Slack. We continue to use Zapier in all our processes.
